EXTRUSION
Two presses, power 1800/2000 tons and 2500 tons.
MACHINE PROCESSING
Includes sawing, milling, drilling, engraving, brushing, punching, and cutting.
THERMAL BREAK
Insertion of polyamide strips (14.8 – 60 mm) into profiles up to 4000 × 250 mm to achieve a lower Uf value.
SURFACE PROTECTION
Powder coating, anodizing, sublimation.
ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Design optimization, documentation preparation, material consulting, and assembly support.
